Steps to register on the state procurement portal before the wheat procurement season.

To sell wheat at MSP in Madhya Pradesh you must register on the state e-procurement (e-uparjan) portal before the registration window closes, usually well before procurement starts around late March or April. Register with your Samagra ID, Aadhaar, land records (khasra/khatauni) and bank account linked to Aadhaar. After registration you get a slot or message telling you which purchase centre and date to bring your wheat. Bring clean, dry grain at 12 to 14 percent moisture to meet fair average quality norms. Payment comes directly to your bank account. Confirm exact dates and documents on the official MP e-uparjan portal or at your nearest procurement centre, as the schedule changes each year.
In Vidisha I register on e-uparjan every year. Do it early before the window closes, and make sure your bank account is linked to Aadhaar or payment gets stuck.
Keep your land records and Samagra details up to date before the season. The year my khasra entry did not match, registration got held up and I nearly missed the slot. Sort the paperwork early at the local centre or kiosk.
