3. Cookies and Advertising
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, analytics and advertising. Full details and choices are in our Cookie Policy.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our Services or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Services and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Verified partners: when you submit an enquiry, we share the details needed to fulfil that request with the specific relevant partner (for example a bank or NBFC for a loan, an installer for a solar or drip system, a dealer for equipment). They use it to contact you about that service.
- Service providers (processors): trusted providers who help us run the Services - such as hosting and content delivery, analytics, messaging and notification providers - under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Advertising partners: Google and its ad partners, as described above.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Services.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
These third parties may process some data under their own privacy policies, including Google Analytics and Google AdSense (and, if the app shows ads, Google AdMob), our hosting and content-delivery provider, and messaging/notification providers such as WhatsApp and web push. We encourage you to review their policies.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to provide the Services you use, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Enquiry and lead data is retained while we work on your request and for a reasonable period afterwards; you can ask us to delete it sooner (see Your Rights).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account details confidential.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adult farmers and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age of 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by the DPDP Act (or below 13 where COPPA applies). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete, and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" - we do not sell personal data. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
10. International Transfers
