Soil Health Card Scheme (मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड योजना) is a Government of India scheme under which eligible farmers receive Free soil testing. Free soil testing and health card providing information on soil nutrients and recommendations for required fertilizers. The scheme is part of the government's commitment to doubling farmer incomes and providing a financial safety net to India's 14 crore farming families.

  1. Visit the official portal: https://soilhealth.dac.gov.in
  2. Register with your Aadhaar number and mobile number (keep your phone handy for OTP).
  3. Fill in your land details (Khasra/Khatauni) and bank account details.
  4. Upload the required documents listed above.
  5. Submit and note your application / registration number for tracking.
  6. Complete eKYC if prompted - this is mandatory for benefit transfer.

You can also apply offline through your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC), bank branch, Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), or village-level agriculture officer / patwari.
