This policy explains payments, cancellations and refunds for Farmer.in (the "Services"). Please read it with our Terms.

Our Core Services Are Free

Mandi prices, scheme guides, crop guidance, calculators, the community and membership are free to use. For free services, there is nothing to pay, cancel or refund.

Paid Features and Subscriptions (if offered)

If we offer any optional paid feature or subscription in the mobile app, the purchase is processed by the app store you use:

  • Google Play: billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Play Store under Subscriptions, and request a refund through Google Play.
  • Apple App Store: billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings, and request a refund via Apple's "Report a Problem" page.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Advertising and Partnership Payments

Payments for advertising, sponsorships or partnerships made directly with us are governed by the specific agreement for that arrangement.
