Giloy, also called Guduchi, is a hardy climber with genuine Ayurvedic demand, and it became very popular during the immunity wave, but that spike also drew in many promoters selling buyback dreams. Demand and prices for Giloy stem are volatile and have cooled from the peak, so do not plant on the assumption that high pandemic era rates still hold. There is no fixed mandi. Before planting, confirm a real buyer, an Ayurvedic unit or established herb trader, and get the price per kg of dry stem, the quality standard and the quantity in writing, then verify that buyer is actually purchasing this season. The good news is Giloy is cheap to establish from stem cuttings and grows on poor land with little care, so your input risk is lower, but the selling risk is real.
