MP tractor and machinery subsidy apply on e-Krishi Yantra Anudan portal process.

In Madhya Pradesh, tractor and farm machinery subsidy is applied through the Agricultural Engineering Department e-Krishi Yantra Anudan portal at dbt.mpdage.org. Register, choose the machine you want, pay the small online demand draft or token amount asked, and submit with land records (B-1 or khasra), Aadhaar, bank passbook, samagra ID and a caste certificate if applicable. SMAM rates are about 40 percent for general and up to 50 percent for women, SC, ST and small or marginal farmers, within the state cap. Selection is by lottery on a fixed date. After the approval letter, buy from an approved dealer and complete verification so the amount is credited to your account.
In MP the portal asks for a small DD when you apply. I got my rotavator this way. Watch the portal calendar because slots open only on specific dates for each district.
The DD has to be made exactly as the portal instructs, with the right amount and in favour of the named office, or the application is invalid. I scanned both sides clearly and kept the original safe, the field office asked to see it at verification.
Link your samagra ID to your Aadhaar before you start, because the portal verifies your identity and family through samagra. A mismatch there stops the form. Once mine matched, the rest of the process was smooth and the subsidy came after the machine was checked.
There is a time limit after the approval letter to buy the machine and upload the bill, often a few weeks. Miss it and the approval lapses and your DD handling can be affected. Have your dealer and finance ready so you can purchase quickly once selected.
The portal opens different dates for different districts and categories, so the calendar matters as much as the form. I marked my district slot in advance and applied in the first hour, because popular machines fill the lottery pool fast once the window opens.
Buy strictly from a dealer registered on the MP portal and insist on a proper GST invoice with the machine serial number. The field officer matches the serial on the machine to the bill at verification. A friend bought from an unlisted shop and his subsidy was held up for months.
If you get stuck, the helpline numbers and the district Agricultural Engineering office listed on dbt.mpdage.org actually respond. I had a payment showing pending and one visit to the district office with my application number and bank passbook sorted it. Do not just wait, follow up with your token number.
