Is there subsidy or scheme support for tuber crops, sericulture, beekeeping and goat farming?

I am planning a mix of tuber crops and allied enterprises. Which government schemes or subsidies can actually help with sericulture, beekeeping, goats, poultry and similar, and where do I apply?

Support exists but is spread across different departments, so apply through the right one. For sericulture (mulberry and vanya or tasar, eri, muga), the Central Silk Board and your state sericulture department run schemes (under Silk Samagra and similar) for mulberry, rearing houses, equipment and incentives. For beekeeping and honey, the National Beekeeping and Honey Mission (NBHM) and Horticulture Mission (MIDH) support bee boxes, colonies and training, through the National Bee Board and state horticulture. For goats, poultry (including Kadaknath and quail) and dairy goats, the National Livestock Mission (NLM) gives capital subsidy and entrepreneurship support, applied through the state animal husbandry department, often via bank-linked projects. Tuber crops and horticulture inputs may get help under MIDH or state horticulture schemes. Lac and vanya silk get support through ICAR-IINRG and the Silk Board. The practical step: take your plan to the matching department office or your KVK, since eligibility, subsidy rates and application windows change and are state-specific. Confirm current details locally before counting on any subsidy.

I got my goat unit supported under NLM through the animal husbandry department with a bank-linked loan in Tumkur. For each enterprise the scheme is under a different office, so I went department by department instead of expecting one window.
