In Rajasthan the Farmer ID is made on rjfr.agristack.gov.in. A farmer can register alone or at an e-Mitra centre, Gram Panchayat office, tehsil office or Common Service Centre. The ID is linked to Aadhaar, the land record (jamabandi), Jan Aadhaar and PM-Kisan.

This page covers what is specific to Rajasthan; the general explanation is in the national Farmer Registry guide. Rajasthan reported on 28 September 2026 that it had reached 100% of its Farmer ID target, so the rest of the work is now linkage and corrections.

Portal and app

  • Portal: rjfr.agristack.gov.in. It offers four registration modes: Self, Operator, CSC and Sahayak.
  • App: a Rajasthan-specific Farmer Registry app is not listed.
  • Jan Aadhaar: Farmer IDs are linked to Jan Aadhaar. About 83 lakh farmers were reported linked on 28 September 2026. Jan Aadhaar is the state's own family ID; it is a linkage, and no source lists it as a document to carry.

Rajasthan dates and rules in 2026

  • 1 to 30 September 2026: a special campaign ran in the state.
  • 31 August 2026: the target for synchronising the Record of Rights (RoR) with the Farmer Registry, as reported on 20 August 2026.
  • 15 September 2026: the Board of Revenue was to make Aadhaar and Farmer ID mandatory during mutation (reported plan; confirm at your tehsil).
  • Fertilizer and MSP: a digital fertilizer distribution system was tested in Rajsamand and Sirohi (about 70,000 farmers), and an MSP procurement pilot was to begin in two districts.
  • Crop survey: 100% digital crop surveys were planned for kharif 2026-27 across 424 tehsils, with 25% of surveys done by farmers themselves as self-girdawari.
  • PM-Kisan: see the PM-Kisan page. About 50 lakh PM-Kisan beneficiaries were connected to the registry by 28 September 2026.
Need help getting your Farmer ID?

Steps as the portal presents them

  1. Open rjfr.agristack.gov.in and choose the farmer login ("Log In as Farmer"). A new farmer verifies Aadhaar by OTP sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile.
  2. Check the details from Aadhaar. If eKYC fails, the portal asks the user to try again.
  3. Add land by the village's jamabandi or khasra details and tap "Fetch Land Details". Land from only one village can be added in one request.
  4. Select your plots and tap "Verify All Lands". If your name is not in the owners list, use the link the portal shows.
  5. Sign with "Farmer Consent - eSign" using an Aadhaar OTP. The portal gives an Enrollment ID.
  6. Wait for approval. If your Aadhaar name does not match the land record, the case goes for manual confirmation.
