I gave my sample weeks ago and have not received the printed card. Is there a way to check the status online and download the Soil Health Card myself?

Yes, the scheme has an online portal at soilhealth.dac.gov.in where cards are generated and stored. Depending on how your sample was registered, you may be able to search and download your card using your details, such as your registered mobile number, sample or registration number, or your village and survey details. If you cannot find it online, the surest route is to go back to the block agriculture office or KVK where you submitted the sample and ask them to check the status using your registration number and print a copy for you. Keep any slip or registration number they gave you at sampling time, that makes tracking much faster. If a lot of time has passed with no result, the sample may still be in the lab queue or the card may be ready but not delivered, the office can tell you which. Confirm the exact online steps and your registration details with the office that took your sample, since the portal layout and access can change.
I kept the small slip with the registration number. The KVK staff pulled up my card on the portal in two minutes and printed it. Keep that slip safe.
