KCC now covers animal husbandry and fisheries, not only crops, under the expanded scheme. There is a separate working-capital limit for dairy, poultry, goats, sheep, pigs and for fish and prawn culture, based on the running cost of keeping the animals or stocking the pond. Interest subvention and the prompt-repayment incentive also apply to these allied KCC loans up to a ceiling, though the ceiling for the allied portion is generally lower than the crop limit. You apply at the same bank using the animal husbandry or fisheries KCC form, and you may need proof of your activity such as the number of animals or your pond lease. The limits and subvention terms are revised from time to time, so confirm the current dairy and fishery KCC amounts and the interest with your bank.

Mere paas bhains aur thoda murgi palan hai, dono ke liye ek hi animal husbandry KCC mil gaya. Bank ne pashu ki ginti aur shed ka proof manga tha. Crop wale KCC se alag form bharna padta hai, yeh dhyan rakhna.

When I applied for the fishery part the branch first said they had no such product, so I had to show them the form and ask them to check with their head office. Be patient and ask for the animal husbandry or fishery KCC specifically. Carry proof of your pond lease, that helped my case.
