soil health card lost, duplicate copy portal, reprint mitti card login

If you lost your Soil Health Card, you can usually get a copy without re-testing, as long as your sample was tested under the scheme. Visit your block or district agriculture office or the KVK that handled your sample and ask them to reprint it from the soil health card portal using your details or sample number. In states where farmers can log in, you may be able to search and download your card online with your registered mobile number, Aadhaar or sample ID. If the card is old (more than two to three years) the office may suggest fresh sampling, since nutrient status changes over time. Keep a soft copy or photo on your phone for future use.
Maine apna kho gaya card block krishi office se dobara nikalwaya, dobara testing nahi karni padi kyunki sample pehle hi scheme ke tahat test hua tha. Sample number bataya to unhone portal se reprint nikal diya. Ab maine phone me photo bhi rakh li hai.
In some states you can log in on the soil health card portal with your registered mobile number, Aadhaar or sample ID and download the card yourself. I did this from home. If the website does not show it, the KVK or agriculture office that handled your sample can pull it out.
One thing the office told me: if your card is more than two to three years old, they may suggest fresh sampling instead of a reprint, because nutrient status changes over time. So reprinting an old card may not be that useful. Either way, save a soft copy on your phone next time so you do not lose it again.
