Joint land holding with brothers, how do we split PM-Kisan benefit?

PM-Kisan is paid per family unit, not per joint khata, so brothers who are each separate families can each get the benefit if each is recorded as a landholder. If the land is still in one joint khata in your father name or as undivided ancestral land, the cleanest way is to get the land mutated and partitioned so each brother family has its own recorded share. Once each brother name appears as a separate landholder in the revenue records, each can register separately and pass land seeding verification. Without separation, the system may treat it as one holding and questions can arise during verification. Talk to your patwari about mutation and partition entries, and then register each eligible family.
