Maine drip ke liye apply kiya, main small farmer hoon to mujhe zyada subsidy mili, aur state ne upar se thoda aur top-up diya. Subsidy poore bill par nahi balki per hectare cost norm par bani thi, isliye apna quote zyada hone se baaki paisa apni jeb se laga.
