If the eKYC OTP is not coming, it usually means your mobile number is not linked to your Aadhaar, so the OTP-based eKYC on pmkisan.gov.in cannot work for you. You have two options. First, get your current mobile number linked to Aadhaar at an Aadhaar enrolment centre, then retry the OTP eKYC at home. Second, and faster, do biometric eKYC at your nearest CSC (Common Service Centre) where they scan your fingerprint instead of sending an OTP. Carry your Aadhaar card. The PM-Kisan mobile app also offers Face Authentication eKYC, which works without OTP if your photo matches. eKYC is mandatory, so the installment stays blocked until it is completed.

Mera mobile aadhaar se link nahi tha, OTP kabhi nahi aaya. CSC gaya, wahan fingerprint se biometric eKYC ho gaya, OTP ki zaroorat hi nahi padi. Aadhaar card saath le jaana zaroori hai.

I tried the Face Authentication option in the PM-Kisan mobile app and it worked for me without any OTP. You install the app, also install the Aadhaar Face RD app it asks for, and then scan your own face in good light. Saved me a trip when the OTP was not coming.
