Almost every MIDH component is paid only after a physical verification, because the subsidy is on actual work done, not just on your application. A horticulture officer visits your field and checks that what you claimed is really there: for a new orchard they count the plants and check spacing and survival; for a polyhouse or shade net they measure the area and check the structure matches the sanction; for drip they check the system is installed and working; for a pack house, cold room or ripening chamber they verify the capacity and equipment against the bills. Many states now use geo tagged photos and GPS so the location and the work are recorded, and they compare your purchase bills with what is on the ground. If the actual work is less than sanctioned, the subsidy is reduced to the verified quantity. Be present during the visit, keep all bills ready, and make sure the work is fully complete and matches the approval before you call for inspection. The exact verification method, whether it is one visit or staged visits, and the use of geo tagging vary by state, so ask the district horticulture office how verification is done for your component.

Inspection se pehle kaam pura kar lo. Adhoora dikhe to ya to subsidy kategi ya dobara aana padega. Bills aur paudhe ka count ready rakho.

Now many places take a geo tagged photo on a mobile app. If your structure or plants are not at the GPS point in the file, it creates a problem. Make sure the location matches what you submitted.
