For micro-irrigation subsidy you typically need: Aadhaar card, land ownership records (RoR, 7/12 or khasra), a recent bank passbook for direct benefit transfer, passport size photo, mobile number linked to Aadhaar, and a quotation or estimate from an approved micro-irrigation company. SC or ST farmers should attach a caste certificate to claim higher category benefits where offered. Some states also ask for a water source proof and a self declaration on the area to be covered. After approval and installation, an inspection is done before the subsidy is credited to your account. Exact lists differ by state, so check the requirement on your state portal before applying.
Keep the bank passbook page that clearly shows the account number, IFSC and your name, and make sure that account is the one seeded with your Aadhaar for DBT. The subsidy failed to credit for a friend because the money was set to go to a different seeded account.
Scan everything to clear PDFs or photos within the size the portal allows. Oversized or blurry uploads get rejected and you lose days. I keep one folder on my phone with all the farm documents ready so I can apply the moment a window opens.
