After you are selected and buy the machine, the subsidy normally comes by DBT to your bank account once the field officer has inspected and verified the machine and you have uploaded the invoice and serial number. The time varies by state and by how busy the office is, but it often takes a few weeks to a couple of months from inspection to the money reaching your account. Delays usually happen when the bank account is not Aadhaar-seeded, the name does not match across documents, the invoice or serial number is unclear, or the inspection is pending. To speed it up, complete the inspection promptly, upload clean documents, and make sure your DBT account is seeded with Aadhaar.
