List of machines covered under SMAM subsidy, tractors implements harvesters and specialised tools.

SMAM covers a wide range of farm machinery, broadly: tractors (often within a power limit set by the state), power tillers, self-propelled machines like reapers and combine harvesters, and many tractor-drawn or self-propelled implements. Common covered implements include rotavator, cultivator, seed drill, seed-cum-fertiliser drill, zero-till drill, happy seeder and super seeder, laser land leveller, mulcher, paddy transplanter, sprayers, threshers, balers, straw management equipment, and post-harvest tools. Many states also cover drones for spraying and CHC or Farm Machinery Bank machine sets. Not every machine is open in every state every year, and each has its own approved cost and subsidy slab. The right way to know is to open your state agriculture or agrimachinery portal, where the live list of eligible machines, their approved cost ceilings and slabs is published for the current window.
In Punjab the straw management machines like super seeder and baler were heavily pushed with subsidy to stop stubble burning. The list changes each season, so check before you plan a purchase.
Not every machine on the national list is open in my state. The portal showed only the ones funded this year, so do not assume a machine is available just because it exists in the scheme.
Laser land leveller and a paddy transplanter were both covered here. Both saved a lot of labour and water, so worth checking if they are on your state list.
