I have checked everything, eKYC done, land in my name, bank seeded, but my installment is still not coming and the local office keeps telling me to wait. How do I formally raise a PM-Kisan grievance and what details do I need?

If your basics are clean and the money is still stuck, a formal grievance is the right step. The official pmkisan.gov.in portal has a grievance facility under the Farmers Corner or a dedicated grievance section, where you can register a complaint and also track the status of a complaint you raised earlier. Keep these ready, your PM-Kisan registration number, your Aadhaar number, your registered mobile, your bank account details, and a clear note of the problem, for example which installment did not come and what your beneficiary status currently shows. When you file the grievance, describe the issue specifically, mention that eKYC is done, land seeding is Yes and Aadhaar is NPCI seeded if those are true, and state which installment is pending. Note down the complaint or ticket number to track it. Besides the online grievance, you can also pursue it through your district level nodal officer for PM-Kisan, usually in the district agriculture office, and through your block agriculture officer who can see your record on their login and escalate it. The official portal also displays helpline and PM-Kisan email contact details for grievances, so use the numbers and email shown there rather than any number from an unofficial source. Keep copies of your status screenshots and your complaint number. If the online grievance does not get resolved, escalate to the district nodal officer in person with all your documents.
Filing online and noting the complaint number helped me. When I went to the office with the complaint number they took it more seriously.
Use only the contact details on the official site for the helpline. There are fake numbers floating around that try to cheat farmers.
