You can also call the landline numbers 011-24300606 and 011-23381092, or email [email protected] for help with installments, eKYC, status, or complaints. For most issues you can self-serve at pmkisan.gov.in: use Beneficiary Status to see why an installment is held, Update Self Registered/CSC Farmer to correct details, and the eKYC link for verification. Beware of fake helpline numbers shared on social media and never share your bank OTP or pay any agent claiming to release your money. The scheme is free; registration, eKYC at CSC, and status checks should cost nothing or only a small nominal CSC fee.

Helpline pe call lag jaaye to apna registration number aur Aadhaar paas rakho, wo poochte hain. Maine apni atki kist ki shikayat 1800-180-1551 pe ki thi aur unhone reason bata diya.

If the helpline does not solve it, the block or district agriculture office is the next step. Many districts have a named nodal officer for PM-Kisan; meeting them in person with your papers worked faster for me than repeated phone calls.

Saavdhaan raho: WhatsApp aur Facebook pe naqli helpline number ghoom rahe hain jo OTP maangte hain. Sarkar kabhi OTP nahi maangti aur paisa release karne ka charge nahi leti. Sirf official number aur portal use karo.
