Go to pmfby.gov.in and use the Application Status option to track your enrollment, or the Report Crop Loss section to follow your claim. You will need your application or policy number. The official Crop Insurance Android app lets you check policy details and claim status, calculate premium, and report loss too. If a claim is delayed, note that insurers must usually settle within about two months of the season after yield data is finalised. For complaints or status help, call the PMFBY toll-free number 14447 or contact your insurance company and bank branch. Keep your policy receipt safe as it has the numbers you need.

Policy number nahi mil raha tha to maine apni bank branch se policy ki copy maangi, usme application number tha. Usse online status dekh liya. Rasid sambhal ke rakhna sabse aasan tarika hai.

The Crop Insurance app is handy because the same app lets you report a loss and then track that very claim later. I keep it on my phone year round so I always have my policy details with me.

If the status shows your claim as approved but money has not come, the holdup is usually bank-Aadhaar seeding, same as in PM-Kisan. Check that your account is properly seeded so the DBT does not bounce.
