Under PM-Kisan, each eligible farmer family gets Rs 6000 per year, paid as three equal installments of Rs 2000 each. The money is sent directly to your bank account through DBT, roughly once every four months. It is a family benefit, so a husband, wife and minor children together count as one beneficiary and get Rs 6000 in total, not per person.
