My buyer wants dry Brahmi. How do I dry and store it so it is not rejected?

Brahmi for the herbal trade is usually dried in shade rather than harsh direct sun, because shade drying preserves the green colour and the active content better, then finished off until the leaves are crisp and crumble easily. Spread it in thin layers with good air flow so it dries evenly without mould. Once fully dry, store it in clean dry bags away from moisture, since dampness brings fungus and rejection. Keep it free of soil, weeds and other plant parts because purity is what herbal buyers check. Good green colour, full dryness and cleanliness are your quality targets. Confirm the exact moisture and form your buyer wants before drying the whole harvest.

Shade drying kept my Brahmi greener and the buyer paid better for it. Sun dried lots looked brown and got a lower rate.
