For fruit rot, improving air movement, avoiding excess moisture around fruit and timely harvest help a lot. Fruit bagging on quality fruit can reduce borer and rot damage and give cleaner produce. If chemical control is needed, use only products labelled for the pest, follow the dose and the pre harvest interval strictly, and get the current recommendation from your KVK or horticulture officer rather than spraying blindly, since residue and safety matter on an edible fruit.
