You do not need to be an expert with phones to use it. Start with just one thing, checking the price of your crop, and do only that for a few days until it feels easy. Ask a son, daughter, grandchild or a neighbour to help you sign up the first time and to set your crop and district, after that the daily update can come to you without much effort. When you want to ask a question, you can write in simple Hindi, even a short line and a photo is enough. Keep your number and OTP private and do not pay anyone, those are the only safety rules to remember. Learn one feature at a time, prices first, then the community, and there is no hurry. Many older farmers use it well by keeping it simple.
