How do I ask a farming question and get an expert answer?

To ask a question, open the community or questions section, write your problem in your own words, and add your crop, state and district so the answer fits your area. A photo helps a lot for pest, disease or deficiency problems, so attach a clear close-up if you can. Write what you have already noticed, for example which leaves are affected, how many days it has been, and what you have sprayed so far. This lets the Krishi team and experienced farmers give a precise answer instead of a general one. Be realistic about the reply time, it is not instant, and for a serious or fast spreading problem you should also contact your local Krishi Vigyan Kendra or block agriculture officer the same day. The community is good for guidance and second opinions, but it does not replace an in person look at the field when the matter is urgent.
