Good to know
Official MP CM Helpline scheme page confirms agency, portal, DC-only rule up to 5 HP and budget-based phasing, but does not state percentages. Jhabua district page lists an older farmer-contribution table (1 HP DC Rs 19,000 up to 7.5 HP Rs 1,35,000) and a Rs 5,000 online registration fee; that table appears outdated and is not used for the share fields. A search-engine extract of cmsolarpump.mp.gov.in/HowItWorks (not reachable by us) described 30% central, about 10% farmer and about 60% farmer loan with state-paid interest, i.e. 90% effective support; unverified here. A separate state scheme 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Mitra Yojana' (grid line extension for pump connections) is a different scheme. Installed count of 7,325 against 59,400 sanctioned is as printed by PIB.
