Eligibility
- Individual farmer / group of farmers / WUA with about 2 hectare (15 bigha) of contiguous cultivable land and an existing working boring/shallow tube well
- Replacing diesel pumps in off-grid areas
- Priority to small and marginal farmers and those using micro-irrigation
- Allocation first come first served; preference to drip/sprinkler users
- Beneficiaries covered in the past seven years are not eligible again

GST = MNRE Rs 79,162 + farmer Rs 23,749 + Govt of Assam Rs 68,947; 2 HP DC surface total Rs 1,69,948 = MNRE Rs 79,162 + farmer Rs 23,749 + Assam Rs 67,037. Percent shares not stated, so left null. Only 2 HP DC pumps (replacing diesel on existing shallow tubewells) are offered.
