my French bean leaves have rusty spots and pods are damaged, how to manage

Rusty brown pustules on leaves are bean rust, which spreads in humid weather and worsens in crowded, damp plots, so give proper spacing, avoid evening overhead watering, and remove badly affected leaves. A resistant variety and an early protective spray following the label help when rust pressure is high. Damaged pods come from pod borer and sometimes aphids, so scout regularly, use traps to monitor, and spray only when the pest crosses the threshold, respecting the pre harvest interval since the pods are eaten fresh. Rotate recommended molecules to avoid resistance. Take samples to your KVK to confirm rust versus other leaf diseases before spending on sprays.
Spacing and not watering in the evening cut my rust a lot. The crowded damp plots were the worst. For pods I watch the pre harvest interval carefully since we sell them fresh.
