Nano urea liquid is designed as a foliar nitrogen supplement, and the company suggests one 500 ml bottle can substitute the nitrogen impact of roughly one urea bag, sprayed at about 2 to 4 ml per litre. In practice it works best when you keep a basal nitrogen plus phosphorus dose and use nano urea to replace a later top dressing, spraying at active tillering and again before flowering in cool hours on both leaf sides. Replacing your very first nitrogen entirely with nano urea is risky because early crops need root available nitrogen. Independent field results vary by crop and conditions, so trial it on part of your field first and compare. Follow your Soil Health Card for total nitrogen and consult your KVK; do not over apply.

I kept my basal DAP and one urea, then used nano urea for the last spray. The crop stayed green and I used one bag less urea. The even spray matters a lot.

Test it on a small strip first like the team says. I sprayed it on half a field and kept normal urea on the other half. The nano side was fine where I had given a decent basal, but on a thin patch with no basal it could not keep up. It is a top up, not the main meal.

Spray timing and coverage made all the difference for me. Early morning when there is a bit of dew, both sides of the leaf, fine nozzle, and not before rain. When I rushed it in the afternoon sun the response was poor. With proper spraying I comfortably dropped one top dressing.
