Make sure your land record and bank account are correctly linked before the gate pass date, otherwise payment gets delayed. The arhtiya helped me with registration the first time.

Keep your Aadhaar mobile number active and with you on selling day, because the verification often needs an OTP. The first time my number was an old one not linked to Aadhaar and it held up the whole process at the mandi. Sort that out a week before.
