People say goat milk sells at a higher price for health reasons. Is that premium real and reliable, and how do I actually find buyers who pay it?

Goat milk can fetch a higher price than cow milk in specific niches, but be honest that the demand is limited and not everywhere, so the premium is real only where you find the right buyers. Buyers who pay more include people seeking goat milk for health or digestion reasons, certain communities, some Ayurveda or wellness customers, and a few specialty dairies and direct home-delivery customers. The volume each buyer takes is usually small, so building goat-milk income means assembling many small regular buyers or a specialty buyer, which takes effort. Do not assume a guaranteed premium across the whole market. Test local demand first with a few animals, build direct customers, and treat kids and breeding-stock sales as an important second income line. Confirm any organised buyer or FPO link and food-safety requirements with your KVK or animal husbandry department.
In Coimbatore I built a few regular home customers who specifically want goat milk for health reasons, and they pay well, but each takes only a little. It is real money but you have to chase many small buyers.
