pm kisan grievance escalate, helpline no response, nodal officer district agriculture complaint

If the PM-Kisan helpline (1800-180-1551 or 011 numbers listed on the portal) does not resolve your issue, escalate locally and in writing. Use the grievance or Farmer Corner section on pmkisan.gov.in to log a formal complaint and note the reference number. Then take your case to the district nodal officer for PM-Kisan, usually in the District Agriculture or Collector office, with copies of your status page, Aadhaar and land record. Many districts and states also hold grievance camps and have a state nodal officer. Keep a paper trail of every complaint and response. Most stuck cases are due to eKYC, land seeding or Aadhaar-bank seeding, so fixing those at the local office is often the real solution.
From my experience, when you log the grievance on the portal, write the exact pending field, like land seeding pending or eKYC pending, instead of a vague complaint that money has not come. The clearer the issue, the faster the nodal officer can act. A vague complaint just got me a generic reply the first time.
Helpline se baat kar ke kuch nahi hua tha, fir maine portal ke grievance section me complaint daali aur reference number note kiya. Uske baad district krishi adhikari ke office gaya status page aur land record ki copy le ke. Likhit me dene par hi kaam hua.
In my district they hold grievance camps from time to time, and that is where my stuck case finally got sorted. Ask your panchayat or agriculture office when the next camp is. Carry your status page, Aadhaar and land record so the officer can see the exact pending field on the spot.
Most stuck cases I have seen turned out to be eKYC, land seeding or Aadhaar-bank seeding, not a real grievance. Before escalating further, check those three on the portal and fix whatever shows pending at the local office. Keep a paper trail of every complaint and reply in case you need to push higher.
