How to make a homemade organic pesticide for sucking pests?

For soft sucking pests like aphids, jassids and whitefly the most reliable homemade options are a chilli garlic extract and a simple soap solution, used as a regular preventive. For chilli garlic, grind a good handful of green or dry chilli and a head or two of garlic, soak overnight, strain well, and dilute the extract heavily in water, often around one part extract to many parts water, then filter again so it does not block the nozzle and spray in the evening. A plain soap solution, a few grams of mild soap per litre, kills soft pests by coating them, spray to wet the insects directly. Many farmers also add neem oil to the chilli garlic mix for a stronger effect. Be honest about what these do, they repel and knock down light to moderate sucking pest populations and need repeating every week, they will not clear a heavy outbreak by themselves. Always test on a few plants first because strong soap or chilli can scorch tender leaves, and never use harsh detergent powder. Combine with yellow sticky traps for best results.
