For most farmers there is no separate application to fill for Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Nidhi. This is the Maharashtra state top-up that is given to farmers who are already approved beneficiaries of PM-Kisan. The state takes the same beneficiary list and the same Aadhaar-linked bank account that PM-Kisan uses, so if your PM-Kisan installment is coming, the Namo Shetkari amount is meant to reach you on top of it. So the first step is to make sure your PM-Kisan is in order: eKYC done, Aadhaar linked to your bank account, and land seeding marked Yes. If all of that is clean and you are getting PM-Kisan, you are in the Namo Shetkari list automatically. If you are a Maharashtra farmer who is genuinely eligible but somehow not in PM-Kisan, register for PM-Kisan first at the CSC or block agriculture office, because that is the gateway. Confirm the current amount and any fresh instructions on the official Namo Shetkari portal or at your taluka agriculture office, as the state updates rules from time to time.
Sahi baat hai. Maine alag se kuch nahi bhara. PM-Kisan ki kist aayi aur uske kuch din baad Namo Shetkari ka paisa bhi usi account me aa gaya.
One thing to check: even though it is automatic, the money lands in the same bank account as your PM-Kisan. If you changed your bank account or it became inactive, both can get stuck. Keep the Aadhaar-seeded account active and you avoid most problems.
