I want to apply for PM-Kisan and finish eKYC in one go so I do not run around. What documents should I keep ready for registration, eKYC, bank seeding and land verification?

Keeping everything ready in one folder saves a lot of running around. For PM-Kisan registration, eKYC and DBT you generally need, your Aadhaar card, a mobile number ideally linked to your Aadhaar so you can get OTP, your bank passbook or a cancelled cheque showing account number, IFSC and name, and your land records such as the khasra, khatauni or your state's record of rights showing the land is in your name with the area. For eKYC, your Aadhaar plus the Aadhaar linked mobile for OTP, or just your Aadhaar and fingerprint if you do biometric eKYC at a CSC, or your Aadhaar and the face authentication app if you use face eKYC. For bank seeding, your Aadhaar and passbook at the bank branch to do NPCI DBT mapping. Make sure of three matches before you start, your name spelling is the same in Aadhaar, bank and land record as far as possible, your land record shows your own name (complete mutation first if it still shows a previous owner), and your bank account is active and Aadhaar NPCI seeded. With these ready you can register on pmkisan.gov.in or at a CSC, do eKYC the same day, and avoid the common failures of land seeding pending and DBT bounce. Use only official channels for all of this.
Add a tip, keep photos of all these on your phone too. The CSC guy often just needs to see them and it speeds things up.
Land record in own name is the main thing. If mutation pending, do that first or seeding will fail.
