my rajma pods and seeds have dark sunken spots and the leaves have lesions, how to manage

Dark, sunken spots on pods and seeds with lesions on stems and leaves point to anthracnose, a major seed borne disease of rajma that spreads in cool wet weather and through infected seed. Manage it by using clean disease free seed, treating seed with a recommended fungicide, rotating crops, avoiding working in the field when wet, and applying a recommended protective spray following the label if pressure is high. Bean pests like aphids, pod borer and bean fly are managed by scouting and spraying only when they cross the threshold, respecting the pre harvest interval since rajma is eaten. Use clean seed every year rather than badly infected saved seed. Confirm the diagnosis and current recommendations with your KVK.
Anthracnose came in through saved infected seed for me. Switching to clean seed and treating it cut it right down. Do not work the rajma when the plants are wet, it spreads the spots.
