Third, confirm the warranty on the pipe and the head unit and, just as important, who handles after sales service and how fast, since drippers and filters need attention over the years. Fourth, talk to two or three farmers in your area who used that company and ask whether the system still runs well after a couple of seasons. Fifth, get at least two or three quotes and compare like for like, same dripper spacing and pipe class, not just the bottom line. Avoid agents who push you to install before the subsidy work order or who refuse to put the specification in writing.
