I applied for a subsidy a month back and heard nothing. How do I track where my application is stuck and what each status stage means?

You track a subsidy application using the application or token number you got at submission, on the same state portal where you applied, usually under a Track Status or Application Status section, and you log in with your registered mobile or Aadhaar. The status moves through recognisable stages: Submitted, Under Scrutiny or Verification, Selected or in Lottery, Work Order or Pre Approval Issued, Bill Submitted, Inspection Done, and finally Payment Released or DBT Credited. If it sits too long at Under Verification, the holdup is usually a document query at the block office, so visit them with your file. If it shows Work Order Issued, that is your green signal to buy or build within the validity period, do not delay because work orders often expire. If it shows Payment Released but no money arrived, the issue is almost always your bank Aadhaar NPCI seeding, check that at your bank. Keep your application number, screenshots and bills together in one place. The exact menu names differ by state portal, so confirm where the status tracker sits on your own state site.
Work order issued dikhe to turant kaam shuru karo, uski ek validity hoti hai. Meri ek baar expire ho gayi thi to dobara apply karna pada.
Payment released dikhe par paisa na aaye to bank jao Aadhaar seeding check karwao. Mera isi karan ruka tha.
