Going to the bank for a new KCC. Please give me the full list of documents so I do not have to make repeat trips.

For a fresh KCC the usual papers are: the KCC application form, identity proof such as Aadhaar or voter ID, address proof, passport size photographs, and land records like the khatauni, record of rights or pahani showing your land and the crops. If you are a tenant you bring a tenancy or cultivation certificate or your Joint Liability Group papers instead of ownership. For KCC on dairy or fishery you bring proof of animals or the pond lease. Bring your bank account details too, since the card is linked to an account. For renewal you generally do not need everything again; the bank mainly wants updated land records and fresh KYC if anything has changed, plus a clean repayment record. Carry originals and copies. Exact documents differ a little by bank and state, so call your branch first and confirm their checklist for your case.
Maine Aadhaar, do photo aur naya khatauni le gaya tha aur ek hi baar me kaam ho gaya. Purana khatauni le jaoge to area match nahi hoga, isliye latest nikalwakar le jao.
One thing the branch insisted on was that the name on Aadhaar match the name on the land record. Mine had a spelling difference and it caused delay. Get the spellings matching before you go.
