How does an NRI give power of attorney for farming and land in India?

A power of attorney (POA) lets a trusted person in India act on your behalf for specific tasks while you stay abroad. For farming and land work, NRIs commonly use a POA to allow the holder to manage the farm, deal with the tehsil and revenue office, operate a designated bank account, sell produce at the mandi, or even sign a sale deed. Key steps: 1) Decide whether you want a 'special' POA for one or two specific tasks (safer) or a 'general' POA for many tasks (more powerful but riskier).
